FREE delivery for orders over CHF 50.-
We offer free delivery in Switzerland for all orders over CHF 50.- Shipping for all orders under CHF 50.- costs CHF 5.-. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. This means that your order should arrive at your door within 4 to 6 working days, if not less!
Returns policy
If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. You can return your product for a refund using the same payment method you used to make your purchase.
To make a returns request, simply contact us at info@berninox.comand a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
However, certain rules apply to our returns and exchanges policy:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must show no signs of use.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important : Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or refused. If approved, your refund will be processed and your original payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
